From the drawing to the bench.

On the call, we would ask

• Where does the drawing live, and how does a change reach the floor?
• How are work instructions written today, and how often are they wrong or out of date?
• Which revision is on the bench right now, and how would you know?
• Who approves an instruction before an operator follows it?
