Privacy

Like most modern websites, this one is delivered through a small number of third-party services. Each receives only what is technically necessary to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves the site, and its Turnstile service runs the check on the booking form that tells people from automated submissions. Your browser's requests (IP address, pages requested) pass through Cloudflare's infrastructure, as they would with any host, and the booking check reads ordinary browser signals for that one purpose under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
• Lovable builds and deploys the site and receives anonymous error reports if a page breaks. The site's database is a Supabase project provisioned through Lovable Cloud. It records which consultation times are taken and holds a pending booking request, with what you typed, for the thirty minutes described below.
• Resend delivers the two emails a booking produces: your confirmation and our copy of the enquiry. To do that it processes the message and the addresses on it, and like any mail provider it keeps delivery logs under its own privacy policy.

Booking happens on this site rather than through a scheduling service, in two steps. When you submit the form, what you typed (name, email, company, phone and your notes) is held for up to thirty minutes so that you can confirm by email. Confirm, and it is sent to us by email and deleted here; let the link lapse, and it is deleted without being sent. After that the only thing recorded is that a time has been taken.

To keep the form from being abused, a keyed hash of your network address is held with the pending request for the same thirty minutes and deleted with it. The key never leaves our server, so the stored value cannot be turned back into the address. Expired requests are removed whenever the booking page is opened or a new request comes in.

So there is no lasting booking record on this site for us to search, export or lose. What exists is an email in our inbox, which we use to hold the meeting and follow up, and the brief notes we keep of the call itself, outside the site in our own records. The Consultation Terms say what those notes are and that they are not confidential. Ask us and we will delete the email. The one thing we keep from it is the record that you accepted the Consultation Terms: the date and time, the email address used and the version accepted, because that is our record of the agreement.
