The CMM program takes a day to write. The drawing already says what to measure.

On the call, we would ask

• How long does an inspection program take to write, and how many are waiting?
• Is the drawing model-based, or a PDF with dimensions on it?
• What does the programmer decide that the drawing does not say: probe, approach, fixture?
• How is a new program proved before it is trusted?
