It guesses the next word. That is the whole trick.

On the call, we would ask

• What have you already tried it on, and what did you make of the answer?
• Where in your week does someone write the same kind of thing over and over?
• When it is wrong, who would notice, and how fast?
• What would you need to see before you trusted it with a customer?
