A First Stop consultant pointing at a drive inside an open control cabinet with a lockout tag hung, a maintenance tech holding a tablet with the work order checklist

On the call, we would ask

  • How does a fault become a work order today, and how long does that take?
  • Which machines have a sensor on them, and which have a history of what those sensors said?
  • What does the preventive schedule follow: the calendar, the hours, or a guess?
  • Who knows the machines best, and how much of that is written down?
