On the call, we would ask

• Where do inspection results go today: a sheet, a spreadsheet, the quality system, a drawer?
• How long between a bad part being measured and someone acting on it?
• Which customer reports take the most time to produce?
• Who signs off a deviation, and what do they need in front of them to do it?
